I can produce a 5 generation pedigree on Excel with your details as the breeder. 

This will be sent by email with boxes ready to fill in the puppy name, KC number and microchip number. If you prefer me to do this, I can do for an extra fee which is dependent on the size of the litter. 

This is all sent to you ready to print. If you would like me to print and post, I can do this for a small fee to cover costs of printing and posting. 

This is how the pedigree will look once printed. It is sent to you by email ready to print, sign and hand to your puppy owners. I can fill in individual puppy details for an extra fee depending on litter size, so all you'd need to do it print and sign it. Printing and posting option available for an additional fee.

I can include a photo pedigree showing parents with their health tests, and grandparents photos, for £25 when done with the 5 generation pedigree. £15 each if one of the other.

Please provide titles of dogs for me to ensure accuracy. Please also provide the photos you want me to use for the photo pedigree and ensure there are no copyright issues with them.

This can include photos of the parents with their health tests if relevant, and photos of the grandparents. Great grandparents are included as text but only first 2 generations will have photos due to space.

This is sent to you by email as a JPEG ready for you to print off and hand to your puppy owners. 

Please provide relevant titles and health tests to ensure accuracy. Please send me the images you want to have on this, ensuring there is no copyright issue on them. 

I can print and post for a small fee to cover costs.

This sheet is used to track the temperature of your bitch ahead of whelping. 

I can provide this electronically or post for a small fee to cover costs. 

This sheet is to record the puppies as they are arriving. There is space for 15 puppies but more rows can be easily added for those huge litters! 

You can record time of birth, male or female, colour, markings, if the placenta arrived with puppy so you know if mum has retained any, time between puppies, position born whether head or tail first, weight of puppy, ID collar if applicable, and any comments at the end. If you need any columns added or changed, I am happy to do this.

Useful for tracking weight gains daily up to 2 weeks of age, then weekly thereafter. 

As per the puppy birth record sheet, I leave space to add parents's names, date of birth and litter description if any. On the birth record sheet is it a division of sexes box instead of description at that point.  

Again, I can amend these boxes if you prefer other information to be recorded. 

These are printed onto A4 card and sent out by post. The price is for 10 cards including postage.

You get a photo on the front of the card and one on the back. The above image, when folded, the head shot will be on the front and moving shot will be on the back of the card, with the pedigree inside.
